THE second race of the 5km Boardwalk Series was held in perfect weather at Caroline Bay.

Many runners and walkers took part in the Replica prada wholesale series, which is gaining in popularity.

Jesse Gibbs, in possibly his final run before he heads to Canterbury University, took line honours from Andrew Jamieson and Peter Potter, while Andrea Wreford was the first woman home.

In the final three races of the series the walkers will start 15 minutes before the runners at 6pm.
